Looking for a holiday flat in Punta Prima on the Costa Blanca? AAA Panorama Apartment is a spacious 90 m² ground-floor flat with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a south-facing terrace. The complex offers access to three swimming pools, one of which is suitable for swimming laps. Whether you’re coming for a week to enjoy the sun or staying for the whole winter, you’ll feel right at home here.

Just imagine: you step out onto your south-facing terrace in the morning with your Nespresso coffee, and the sun is already shining. It’s a five-minute walk to the sea; take a stroll along the coast and then relax by one of the three swimming pools in the complex. In the evening, it’s a five-minute walk to a restaurant, such as the famous Nautilus, or you can wander to the commercial centre of Punta Prima, just one kilometre away. There you’ll find even more restaurants, a supermarket, a bowling alley and the lovely rooftop beach bar La Luzia, where you can round off the day with a drink in hand. Fancy more shops and outdoor cafés? La Zenia Boulevard is less than 3 km away, a short drive or bus ride. The gym and the bus stop are also within a kilometre. So for everything you need on a day-to-day basis, you can simply leave the car at home. If you want to explore the wider area, just hop in the car or catch the bus.

Ground floor and easily accessible

The flat is on the ground floor, so you don’t have to climb any stairs or lug suitcases around. You can walk straight in, and from the living room you step directly onto your terrace. You can easily store your bike or e-bike in the storage room.

The 21 m² south-facing terrace is the heart of the home. During the winter months, you can sit here in the sun from around 10.00 to 19.00, whilst it’s grey and cold indoors. If it gets too warm, you can move into the shade beneath the balcony. You can have breakfast here, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset, and your washing will be dry in a couple of hours.

After a morning on the beach or a cycle ride along the coast, you can take a dip in one of the complex’s three communal swimming pools. In one of them, you can also swim a few quiet lengths. Surrounding the swimming pools is a green lawn, where you can spread out your towel, open a book or let the children play to their heart’s content. It feels just like having your own resort, just a few steps from your front door.

Spending the winter on the Costa Blanca

Would you like to spend the winter in Spain? You’re welcome to stay for up to four consecutive months. The whole flat has central air conditioning. On a hot summer’s day, it provides lovely cooling, and on a chilly winter’s evening, it warms your room in no time at all. Thanks to the water filter, you can simply drink water straight from the tap, so you don’t have to carry heavy bottles home from the supermarket. And in the evening, you can curl up on the sofa with your favourite channel. There are international channels and Netflix, so you won’t have to miss an episode of your favourite series.

Space for families and friends

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, there’s plenty of space for everyone. No morning rush and no queuing for the shower. The flat is perfect for travelling with friends, or for having the children or grandchildren stay over for a week. A camp bed and a high chair are provided for our youngest guests.

Pets welcome

Why should you miss your faithful companion for a whole winter? Up to two small dogs are very welcome. In the mornings, you can go for a walk by the sea together, and in the afternoons, your companion can lie next to you in the sun on the terrace.

AAA Apartments can accommodate up to 6 people plus a baby.

• Living room with open-plan kitchen: a bright, spacious living area with a cosy sitting area, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. This way, you can cook whilst still being part of the action. You can step straight out onto the terrace from the living room.
• Bedroom 1: Super king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) with two separate duvets and an en-suite bathroom
• Bedroom 2: King-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with two separate duvets
• Bedroom 3: two single beds (90 x 200 cm)
• Second bathroom: for guests in bedrooms 2 and 3

On arrival, plenty of towels will be provided, so all you need to do is unpack your suitcase and start enjoying your stay straight away.

• A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, air fryer, microwave and Balay dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, a water filter (tap water is safe to drink) and a washing machine

Good to know

The rental price includes 10 kWh of electricity per day. This is more than enough for normal use. If you use more – for example, by leaving the air conditioning on day and night – the additional consumption will be charged at the end of your stay.
