The apartment measures 90 m² and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. It can accommodate up to 6 people plus a baby, making it ideal for families or two couples travelling together.
Yes, the flat is on the ground floor. You can step straight out of the living room onto the south-facing terrace, which enjoys sunshine all day long.
The flat is not fully adapted for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility. Not sure? Feel free to ask us in advance, and we’ll be happy to help you find a solution.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and washing machine.
Yes, there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the flat. The Smart TV has international channels and Netflix. There’s also central air conditioning that both cools and heats. The cool or warm air is distributed to every room, so you’ll stay nice and cool in summer and cosy and warm in winter.
Yes, 10 kWh of electricity per day is included. If you use more – for example, by running the air conditioning day and night – the additional consumption will be charged at the end of your stay.
You have access to three communal swimming pools within the complex. One of them is suitable for swimming laps. There is a lawn surrounding the pools where you can sunbathe, read or let the children play.
The swimming pools are open all year round
You can park for free on the street or in the car park in your reserved space.
Yes, a camp cot and a high chair are provided for you. There is also a separate children’s pool where the little ones can splash about safely. There is no supervision, so please keep a close eye on them at all times.
It’s a five-minute walk to the sea. You can enjoy lovely walks or cycle rides along the coast.
Alicante Airport is about a 45-minute drive away.
There’s a Consum supermarket 1 km away, the Nautilus and Punta Prima restaurants are a 5-minute walk away, and the sea is 500 metres away. Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa are a 15-minute drive away.
For up to a maximum of 4 months; winter visitors are very welcome. Punta Prima on the Costa Blanca is wonderfully mild and peaceful in winter. Separate rates apply for stays of a month or longer. Please get in touch for further details.
Yes, up to two small dogs are welcome. Please always let us know when booking that you’ll be bringing a pet. We charge a surcharge of €50 per pet for the extra cleaning required. Unfortunately, large dogs or other pets are not permitted.
Check-in is from 4.00 pm, and check-out is by 11.00 am. Before your arrival, you’ll receive all the information about key collection and how to get here. Would you like to check in earlier? Let us know, and we’ll see if that’s possible. We charge a surcharge of €35 for early check-in.
Yes, bed linen and towels are included. There’s plenty provided in the flat, and there’s a washing machine so you can easily do your own washing during your stay. Handy if you’re staying a bit longer.
